Set in 1993, during the time of South Africa’s first democratic elections, The Kings of Mulberry Street 2, tells the story of Baboo and Ticky (three years later) Now 12-years old, the boys are firmly best friends and share an unbreakable bond. When Granny Chetty is kidnapped by fallen and disgraced Commander Veerasamy the boys are forced to play along with his schemes in order to rescue granny.
